1. General Policy
All payments made to Genetic Web Technologies are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
2. Advance Payments
All advance payments made for services (website development, digital marketing, hosting, domain, Google Workspace, etc.) are strictly non-refundable
Advance confirms booking of resources, time, and effort
3. Eligibility for Refund (If Applicable)
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment made by mistake
Payment processed but service not initiated by us within agreed timeline
Mutual agreement in writing between both parties
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
Domain registration / renewal
Hosting services
Google Workspace / Email services
Third-party services and licenses
Completed or partially completed projects
5. Project-Based Work
Once the project has been started or work has been delivered, no refund will be issued
If a project is canceled midway, charges will be calculated based on work completed
6. Digital Marketing & Subscription Services
Monthly/retainer services are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins
No refund for unused days or partial months
7. Delay or Dissatisfaction
Any dissatisfaction must be communicated promptly
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns
Refunds will not be issued solely based on dissatisfaction after work delivery
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication is considered a breach of agreement
We reserve the right to suspend all services in such cases
9. Processing of Refunds (If Approved)
Approved refunds will be processed within 45 working days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
10. Modification of Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
